Is it a bird? Is it a Plane? IT IS…… THE BIRD OF PREY! OMG! What a phenomenon already! A supernatural IPA chock-full of citra, chinook and mosaic hops. One of the many beers Uiltje Brewing is so, so proud of. Always fresh, and always super hoppy.
Is the Bird of Prey out of control? You bet your *ss it is! But if you drink it immediately you’ll probably be able to temper it. And if you don’t drink it ASAP you can tame this bionic bird by storing it in a cool dark place. Otherwise it becomes kryptonite!
Our feathery friend is the ideal beer for real life superheroes! Do you sometimes feel a bit adventurous? Well, a can of our sublime Bird of Prey is all you need to start off with, and the adventures will follow subsequently. One of our most precious IPA's, or India Pale Ales if you will. Can, 5.8%. Good fruity aroma. Hazy bright golden colour. Small white head. The flavour starts off nicely fruity. Then comes a rather high bitterness and a faint paper note. Clean and pleasant, but the bitterness is a bit rough.

Can. Pours hazy pale yellow with huge white head. Aroma is intense tropical fruit with passion fruit, mango, orange, lemon and hints of banana. Taste is medium sweet, medium to very bitter and faint acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter with intense passion fruit, orange, grapefruit, spruce and hints of chalk and fennel.

Can. Just slightly cloudy pale orange with a decent white head. Aroma of oranges, lemons, grapefruits and some tropical fruits. Taste features all those fruits above plus a healthy dose of malts and grains. Zesty. Low to moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. Nice full bodied mouthfeel. Very balanced. I am amused.

Golden colour, light hazy. White head with some lacing. Aroma's of citrus, tropical fruit, light sweet. Flavour is light moderate sweet with a hint if fruity sourness and light bitterness. Light bodied. Moderate bitter finish

Can. Pours hazy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of hops and grass, with notes of malt and yeast and mild fruity touches. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with estery notes and malty touches. Lingering, bitter aftertaste with estery touches and citric hints. Decent. The aromanis more complex than the taste, though.

33 cl can purchased at a Føtex supermarket. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruit, tropical impressions and peaches. Slightly spiced. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Dry and bitter finish. Fine and fresh.

21/3/2021. Can sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear dark gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of sweet tropical fruits, citrus, hops, herbs and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Touch of spice to finish.
