Dorée léger pâle, fin blanc peu tenace.
Arôme sur une belle base de lambic - léger funk, rétro-nasal plaisant bien fruité, cellier/poussiéreux, vieille boite de tabac. Niveau du cépage, je note des notes d'agrumes et léger ananas voire une petite note florale.
Palais garde un caractère bien lambic surfant entre des notes de pommes vertes et finement tropical mais aussi un léger effet de soufre? Caractèe du cépage reste bien présent - douceur modérée qui s'immisce dans le caractère lambic, cela offre un côté miel d'acacia un peu toasté. Retour fruité entre fruits à noyaux et ananas.

375 ml bottle. Pours a dull amber with no head. Aromas of barnyard, white wine, and wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with more grape skin. Kinda hard to tell the difference with other Tilquin Meerts though.

0,375l bottle at home. Vintage 22/23. Bb 02.06.2028. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells funky, citric, salty, lime. Nice to very nice smell, not overly complex. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, lime, lactic, earthy, salty, light grape notes, some tannins, light stone fruits. finishes light to medium dry and lightly sour with notes of lime, salt and citrus. Very nice one, a tad on the sour side but overall very refreshing.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Grape, funky. Taste: Grape, grapeskin, citrus, tannins, oak wood, horse blanket funk. Moderate tart. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation.
