Bottle thanks to Gikinjii! Pours hazy amber orange, medium bubbly beige head, dissipates with lots of bubbly residual and decent lacing. Aroma is Brett, loads of oak tannins and vinous notes. Flavor has a very light initial sweetness, light tartness, drying out quickly, light funk with a Bretty must and a bit of sharpness, oak tannins, vinous notes aplenty, hints of caramel, orange zest, and pine as well. Lightish body, low carbonation. A hint of acetone sharpness. Not exactly sure why this is top 50 in style, but its certainly solid.

750ml bottle pours out a hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is candy sugar floral notes perfume and brett. Taste is more of the floral notes perfume and brett. Very nice and complex.

(Bottle during Zwanze Day/Funk Night @ barVolo, Sept 20, 2014) Pours a lightly hazed dark orange with a big bubbly lingering white head, lace. Aroma candied red fruit and grape, caramel, wood, nice funky sweaty Brett edge. On the palate, some caramel, red wine barrel, herbal hops, light grapefruit, slightly sweet at first. Cherry and smoke mid palate, Brett, woody. Finish has lots of slightly medicinal bittering hops, wood, lingering Brett. Medium bodied, soft to medium carb, pretty balanced with astringent aftertaste. Fantastic beer really, got all sorts of elements (sweet, funky, hop flavour, wine barrel, bitterness) held in balance but there’s loads to discover. Quite easy to drink as well, knockout beer from TDD - sours/funky things really are their forte.

Thanks to tom10101! Hazy orange, solid white head. Slight tart and funky nose, thick white dough yeast, touch acidity, brett and berries funk. Mildly tart and lemon acidic taste, berries, bread, touch fruity, wood, light funky wine, soft half-dried oranges, faint toffee. Good carbonation, rich white bread body that is still very easy to drink due to the brett. Very nice, expected a bit more of a pop but still very solid to say the least.
