For our 2nd anniversary we decided to lauch a Barrel Aged release of our Resilience. We used a fortified wine barrel (Abafado) which highlights greatly the profile of our beer. Liquorous and strong.

7/XI/25 - on tap @ Billies Craft Beer Festival Day 1 - Session 2 (Antwerp), BB: n/a (2025-1170) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear dark brown to purple beer, small creamy beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very malty, caramel, grains, hay, cow fodder, very earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, caramel, earthy, a bit sweet, some ripe banana. Aftertaste: chocolate, nice roast, sweet, sugary, alcohol, nice stuff, very good!

Rich and full, some earthy bitterness, toasted malts, toffee, stewed berries, booze. Thick, lightly chewy. Warming finish, a nip of damp old carpet, earth, more aged dark fruits. Not bad.
