The recipe spotlights hand-selected Crystal and Mosaic hops, grown in the US Pacific northwest, delivering a punchy bouquet of blueberry, stone fruit and fresh pine.
Brew-team intent was clear: capture an IPA-level hop impact and soft, full mouthfeel, yet keep the alcohol at an easy-going, session-friendly strength.
The result is a vibrant pale ale, brimming with citrus peel and tropical notes, balanced by a gentle malt backbone.
This refreshing straw-coloured IPA has a delicate, balanced hop aroma and flavour, with notes of berries, citrus and pine.

Cask at the West Quay JDW, Brighton. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is floral citrus hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, light citrus, light pepper spice, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

11/10/2025. Cask at wetherspoon beer festival, at Cricketers, Ipswich. Pours fine. Nice hoppy, citrus, tropical, orange, resin aroma. Medium sweet, moderately bitter. Light bodied and watery for its abv. But still enjoyable.

Hand pulled third of a pint in my local Spoons on 9th October 2025. Fifth of 7 festival beers tried on the night. Golden body, white crust. Light citrus feel to the nose and taste, piney notes arrive late, enjoyed it.

Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a vibrant fruity aroma. Light bodied, fresh and fruity, some pine and mellow citrus bitterness and a dry finish.
