Tap @ Fermentoren Aarhus. Black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, liquorice and salt liquorice. Flavour is roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, caramel, liquorice, little cake, salt liquorice, sweet and a little bitter.

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours black with a creamy brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, dark chocolate, cocoa, chocolate cake. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, dark chocolate, cocoa, little alcohol. Medium to full body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish with light warming alcohol. A bit one dimensional. 010318

Faktycznie krowka, karmelowo-czekoladowa. Stednio ciala, jednak slodko, ciut kwaskowate posmaki, ciut szczypie w usto (co2+alko?). I tak Bdb

Keg at the three John's. An opaque dark brown black coloured pour with a a fine tan head. Aroma is lovely sweet chocolate fudge pudding, Nutella, creme caramel, Kamp coffee. Flavour is composed of smooth chocolate malts, Nutella, drinking chocolate. Lingering bitter dark chocolate bite stops it from being too sweet. Palate is medium sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. Little alcohol bite in the finish. Drinks good. Nice stuff. Hides the abv well.

Sample @Rbarrabbarabbr. Black with solid beige cream. Sweet coffee, caramel and dark choc aroma. Very sweet flavour, fudge and choc. Boozy and very caramely sweet. Even for a sipper, this is too sweet and cloying.

Bottle @ Winterbierfestival Gouda 2018. Black color. Beige head. Aroma's: hard roast, ground coffee. Retronasal: coffee, sweetish, roast. Flavor is above moderate sweet, roasted. Strong alcohol feel. Full bodied.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen - Black pour with small tan ringed head. Roasted and sweet malty with opulent chocolate, sweet fudge and caramel notes, some syrup, full bodied, some hoppy support, big sweet malty warming finish into the close.

Draft. A dark brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, chocolate, and hints of roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, chocolate, roasted malt, alcohol, and iodine, leading to a dry roasted fiish.

Flaska från SB. Opak mörkbrun/svart vätska utan skum. Stor söt IS med fina smaker av karamell, fudge, brownies, vanilj, chokladfondant, men också lite kärva och brända toner som balanserar sötma men kanske inte gifter sig helt. Kropp av stor men inte fullt ut vad alkholstyrkan kräver. Men visst är det smarrigt.
