At the source with family.
House brews are $4 today, didn't see this till I was three deep.
Very light haze, honey gold, lingering froth.
Crackers & cheese wiz, weed whacking veg nose. Too fresh?
Bitter earth, breakfast cereal, quite bitter white grapefruit, twigs & stems. Lacks anything interesting.
Frothy, super astringent, oily & lingering medicinal bitterness. Thankfully thin. Punchy abv.
Okay-ish ipa self hate for $4 a pint.

Can. Actually a lot better than I expected. Nice hoppiness that's not totally bitter and knocks your head off.

Not expecting much since I hate IPA. The smell is off IPA hop sweet perfume, like a mate covering up for a shower. It looks fairly clear and yellow with a big frothy head. From a can this stuff is initially rubbery thick and sticky, lots of big ass bitterness from the start. Nasty rude and pompous. Terribly titillating. There is so much impact here, you'd never ignore it. Big strong blasting brutal IPA bear beer. In the middle it goes deeply sharp and astringent bitter after each big slug. White foamy head goes rocky. This stuff is so bitter it almost triggers the gag reflex, but not really, just bitter almost. At least there is 7% in this to make it worth my ticking effort: During the session, I'm catching some euphoric undefined uncommunicative undignified and unconstitutional psychological effects. It's a hacking halfhearted haggard hallucination. Hapless harangue. At the interrogating finish is a hairy harsh hasty hassle. Viscous vehement vain venom ending. A terribly on style IPA, could easily pass as a decent double impy IPA as well. There you have it.

Nice clear golden coloured body with a small-ish one to two centimetre tall head, with a touch of a hazy glow, still golden. Aroma of very grassy and incredibly herbal hop notes along with a very subdued and fragrant malt note and a touch of citrus fruits near the end, but fairly hop-centric, here. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and a touch perfumey hop character at first with a good balance of malt and a touch of grain and apricots and more sweet fruits, but finish with the light but very noticeable hop bitterness with the grassy and perfumey hops the strongest. Aftertaste shows a nice and light flavour with a good dose of citrus and light pine with a touch of grass near the end as well. Overall, a well-balanced and quite pungent IPA throughout with a good hop profile that has a wide range, but also some grassy notes and a solid malt backbone throughout with nothing amazing to stand on, but a good beer for sure. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Good Bottle Company in Charlotte, North Carolina on 09-May-2018 for US$2,00 sampled in my hotel room here in Atlanta, Georgia on 26-May-2018 after leaving this morning from Charlotte.

16 oz. can thanks going out to TAR. Thanks for the opportunity. Best Before date: 13 Aug, 2016. Mostly clear gold color with thin lasting head. Aroma is lightly floral with a decent amount of pine resin. Light sweetness.
The floral hop are here but what stands out most is the pine. The malt bill is just enough to balance the bold pine profile. Body is a nice medium with a nice lingering earthy after taste. This is solid!
