Cold IPA, 17° Plato, 7.9% ABV.

Silnější a důkladně prokvašená Cold IPA, která propojuje čistotu ležáku s intenzivním chmelovým charakterem. Kombinace chmelů Krush, Motueka, Krush Cryo a Chinook přináší osvěžující citrusové a limetkové tóny, doplněné tropickou šťavnatostí i pryskyřičným dozvukem. Výsledkem je křišťálově čisté, suché a výrazné pivo – ostré a silné jako zobák kakadu.

A stronger and dry Cold IPA that combines the crispness of a lager with an intense hop character. The blend of Krush, Motueka, Krush Cryo, and Chinook delivers refreshing citrus and lime notes, complemented by tropical juiciness and a resinous finish. The result is a crystal-clear, dry, and expressive beer—sharp and bold like a cockatoo’s beak.

Bright, clear golden with a white head. Tropical fruits, darkness, sweet malts, and a hot booze note. Medium, slick body. Gets a bit sweet and boozy like a malt liquor near the finish. Solid. The high malt level tones the hops down a little much.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy and light piney nose. Citrusy, herbal, slightly perfumed and bit piney with touch of alcohol. Dry bitterish finish.

Can, thx Dita & Sibeeria! Lightly hazy pale golden-yellow body, thick off-white head. Spicy berry, pineapple, white grape in the aroma, NZ herbal too slightly, but heaps of resin as well. Lean, dry taste, smooth, onion, resin, some NZ herbs, very very low fruitiness, vaguest pineapple, odd marzipan note in the finish. Not bad, crisp indeed, but the hoppiness failed a bit in the taste.

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is moderately hoppy, herbal and piney. Hints of honey, spices, some grass and some lemon zest. Underneath is grapefruit and bready malts. Smooth, lightly juicy, medium body, moderate carbonation. Flavour is herbal, leaves, slightly grassy, some caramely sweetness. Light bitterness. Finishes dry.

Thin body, med carbo. Med-high bitter, low sweetness, very dry. Med-light alcowarmth present, which is sad. Otherwise clean and hops-forward, crisp dank, grapey new zealandy, less flowery and grassy hops character. Lose the warmth and you have a great one
