Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from TJ's. Appearance is clear, golden yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is pilsner malts, light fruit and yeast. Taste is earthy bitterness, cardboard. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with watery texture, average carbonation and dry, foamy, mix of sweet and bitter finish. Overall, pretty pedestrian.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of sweet grains, hay and some corn notes underlying. Flavor is similar with a combination of sweet grains, hay straw and a bit of a corn sweetness.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a vibrant dark golden color with a large creamy orange-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and yeasty with notes of caramel and honey. The flavor was somewhat bitter and tangy with light notes of perfume and grain. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Purchased at Trader Joe under the name JosephsBrau Bohemian Style lager. Pours a golden colour with a very slight unfiltered hazy. The head is mildly warm, nice lasting with some decent lacing. After having the Pilzn, I find this one pretty close to it, but the hops are different. Cereal grain aromas with some sweetness. The taste starts off a little hoppy with some bread in the middle and sweetness lingering. Not bad but a little to rich to have many of these.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A sweet fruity honey nose. The flavor is light sweet malts, sort of metallic and dirty. Light. Ok.

Trader Joes bottle - 12oz. Poured a clear golden color with a pretty large white head. Aroma was notes of toasted malts, light grassy hops, some earthy notes. Flavor was grassy hops, light grain. Middle of the road. Great value though for what you’re getting.
