Mild in body, easy-going, and clean in taste. Each sip charms the senses with a distinct flavor and refreshing simplicity. Named after our founder's grandmother, our unfiltered lager is forever dear to our hearts.

1 pint can. Pours a bright amber with moderate head that settles quickly. Aromas of corn syrup, grain and sweet malts. Can't really get much on the flavor side; sweet corn no hops.

Toppling Goliath Dorothy New World Lager 5.5% Pale straw gold with a crisp bready Pilsner malt nose and soft fruity hop bouquet. I was expecting a big bold punch in the face hoppy IPL but got a crisp bang on lager with subtle new world hops lending it fruity notes and even hints of vanilla in the aftertaste.

POurs lightly hazy gold and smells of grainy, bready malt. The flavor is sweet with grain, bready, some slight fruity character, and some very mild hops. It's uninteresting but alright.

16 oz can purchased at Lukas Liquors in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a slight haze golden yellow with a foamy 1/2 inch white head that falls fairly quick with slight lace. The aroma is a citrus floral, cracker malt and a bit of herbal yeast. The taste is lemon citrus, earth, herbal yeast, and floral towards the back. Nice clean malt flavor. The palate is light bodied with active natural carbonation and the herbal floral dry finish. A bit of mineral as it warms. Tasty beer.

Can. Hazy golden body with a frothy, white head diminishing to nothing. Aroma of grain, herbal hops, a bit of corn and DMS. Sweet with a light bitterness in the end. Light to medium body that leaves a bit of chalkiness. Slight husky grain flavor. Sweet for a pilsner, even if it is new world. Unrewarding, especially for the price.

Super sweet, not very complex, basic lager. No complaints but I always like the oak foedered ones more.

Bottle. Pours light golden with a medium white head. Looks like a regular lager. Aroma is yeasty, light hops, sweet, floral, corn, grain, biscuitty notes. Taste has some grainy notes, honey, corn, floral notes. FIRST TOPPLING GOLIATH BREW GOING INNNNN.

16 oz can from Beer Culture. Unclear yellowish color. Doughy and grassy. Nice bready flavor as well. Tingly feel. A quality drinking beer. Were it more available around here I'd happily make it a fridge staple.
