Cheers to the Osprey. An absolute monster of an ale. Thick and chewy. Sweet, borderline syrupy. Lots of chocolate, dark fruit, roast, booze, bourbon. Warming, sticky finish.

Bottle at CBJ Tasting. Dark. Foamy beige head. Aroma is big and doughy and sweet. Flavourwise ia similar with booze and berries and creamy edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Dan the Man. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Rich chocolate malts delivered in an airy palate. Dark chocolate Malteasers. Big bourbon rich fruits. Airy spicy finish. Rich and crushable.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: very oxidized, lots of soy sauce, earthy, roasted, tobacco, sweet, caramel, vanilla, nice one! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, lots of alcohol, soy sauce, oxidized, roasted, lots of caramel, sweet, a hint of vanilla, nice! Aftertaste: alcohol, more oxidized, Madeira, Sherry and Port notes, some cardboard, dark caramel, ok.
