The dry hop is largely designed around an innovative new product from our partners Yakima Chief called “Cryo Fresh”. Making use of their expertise in cryogenic processing of concentrated hop pellets, YCH realized they could use frozen, unkilned (this is key), whole-cone hops to create a new hop pellet that locks in harvest-fresh aromatics of wet hops in a form that, as brewers, we can more effectively incorporate in our beer. Flowers (2025) was dry hopped with Cryo Fresh Krush, Simcoe and Citra all grown by Loftus Ranches in the Yakima Valley along with further additions of NY Vista and Citra.

Can (10/15/25) from trade with ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Deeply hazy dark yellow with thin head, trace lacing. Aroma is sweet stone, orchard fruit, milder musky herb. Taste is stone, orchard fruits, hint of herb and strong late malt with light bitterness. Smooth, slick texture, soft carbonation, fruity, malty finish with mild bitterness.

16 oz can thanks to Clarkvv and Tom on the share. Aroma is mild white
Bread, mild cantaloupe, soft florals. The flavor follows the aroma. Shows a very mild floral bitterness. I don’t think that is the power of suggestion.

Brewery draught, 10/24/25.
As pictured.
Lovely earth, mild pepper and mild melon of wet hops with a touch of tropical fruit. Cracker and white bread-likr malt gently balance.
Soft, sweet and spicy with intense ripe pear, honeydew melon and light black pepper. Fantastically unique and interesting. Soft, feathery texture with just enough malt richness to comfort, drying out nicely with white bread and biscuit notes. Zippy bitterness refreshes the palate, on the end. Pretty special stuff.
