Golden orange, 1 finger white head. nose is salad like. sort of grassy. hmm, the taste has a Jester king session saison aspect to it like petite prince. it certainly has the mouthfeel and finish, cereal like qualities with just a tiny bit of tartness. yeah, it’s really pretty nice, grassy, tart, lemony with the cereal. I like it.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy vibrant golden color with s large foamy yellow-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tart and chalky with perfume and Sweettart candy. The flavor was sour with vinegar, chalk and Sweettart candy. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with lots of active streams of carbonation rising off the bottom of the glass and a thin head of fizz that dies off about as quickly as it regenerates from the carbonation. Flavor is OK at first, but it becomes less enjoyable the longer it sits on the palate and the more I have. It’s kind of a sweet corn-like malt presence with a twinge of wild fermentation to it. Almost like someone tried to sour a marco lager. It has a little bit of a metallic/landfill edginess that I associate with my failed attempt at making a Berlinerweisse... (I’m told oxygen in the souring process did this...). All in all, it’s a pretty mediocre sour.

Cloudy vanilla yellah. Slight tart aroma makes my mouth water. Taste is tart & fun from the start. However, you’d think there was more alky in there than 4%! Has a tad of a processed feel about it but make no mistake, it is not disappointing as a tart beer. Pretty good overall and I was glad to have had the chance to get this. In the end I detect a l detect some farm funk in there. NICE!

Bottle thanks to Art! Pours hazy golden, small off-white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. quite a bit of suspended silty stuff in the glass. Aroma is dusty, funky, Brett, barnyard, earthy, hay. Flavor is very light sweet, very light bitter, lightly funky, Bretty. Clean, but a little simple. Light body, high carbonation. A mineral water feel, a bit dirty.
