Bottle split at RB Best awards dinner, thanks to a xexy hote intelligent gay, 30/01/16. Golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is tangerine, light pissoi, straw, grains, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises orange peel, light white peppery spice, damp straw, tangerine, mellow funk bubbles, flicker of yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent.

Hazy golden. Lively carbonation. Strong lemon, spice, earth, some musty. Fairly basic but also powerful saison. Really enjoyable Saison.

Bottle shared at Ratebeer awards show. 30/01/2016. .Many thanks to SHG. A hazed golden / yellow coloured pour with a lively white head. Aroma is nice fresh saison yeast, straw , pollen, lemon rind. Flavour is composed of watermellon peach, hints of bretty funk, saison, light straw and doughy wheat. Palate is light and refreshing, airy carbonation. frothy and drying finish.

22oz bottle pours a hazy orange with some frothy, white head. Nose has orange pith, yeast, mild spice. Flavor is yeasty, gristy, lemon, straw. Finishes dry.

From a bomber purchased at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with a thick off white head. Bready, floral aroma. Flavors of white pepper and camomile. Bitter finish.

Bottle at the July DC tasting. Poured a clear golden color. Aroma was light funky notes, floral hops. Tasty pleasant hop character. Flavor about the same. Light lemon notes.

Bottle courtesy of further, thank you sir! Clear golden yellow color, large white head. Nice aroma of fruity haystacks. Taste is Fundky lemon and straw, hi carbonation. Nice.

Bottle: Poured a murky straw yellow to light orange with white head. Aroma is funky barnyard, hay and straw with some spice. Taste has mild fruit, more funkiness, spice, and dry.

[1/30/16] Bottle sample at the Encomium bottle share, after RateBeer Best awards ceremony at Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel in Santa Rosa. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Cloudy golden. Yeast, spicy phenols, overripe fruits, flowers. Dry, slightly bitterish. Decent saison.
