Notre première Juicy IPA ! "Juicy" qu'on distingue de "Hazy" par une robe plus transparente (juste un léger voile trouble), un corps un peu plus léger, et toujours avec de belles notes fruitées grâce à un gros houblonnage Azacca + Citra + Simcoe.

Levure type West Coast Ale.

Tap at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, some hops, dryness, malts... easy.

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very nice, juicy, tropical fruits, a bit dank, quite some citrus, a bit malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, good bitterness, a bit sweet, hoppy, malty touch. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, juicy, good stuff, soft bitterness, grapefruit, good one!

0,25l on tap @ Le Rabelais Nantes. Pours cloudy golden with a medium head. Aroma is slightly fruity malts. Flavor is bitter malts with some citrus, hops. Decent.
