750ml bottle from Hop Burns & Black. Sparkling, golden colour, foamy white head and aroma of apple, core & skin, caramel hint. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fleshy, core, skin, with some acidity and earthy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.
