Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with no head. Funky nose with earth, straw, wet hay and musty basement aromas. Dried apple with more must and funk with a medium tartness that lingers. Dry finish.

Draft @ Steel Toad. Hazy with a head that dies quickly. Yellow. Earthy and slightly tannic apple aroma. Very dry, a bit flat, natural carbonation, earthy and slightly tart. Nice cider, some sweetness in the finish. Seems pretty authentic, I like it.

Draught at Steel Toad, Vancouver; 250 ml
Cloudy blond color. Aggressive aroma, tart, pungent, even piney, a bit funky, and with plastic. It has a good body structure, the mouthfeel is not too dry, with strong sourness, lemony and funky, a bit yeasty; lovely tartness in the final; it may have traces of acetic acid, but this one is so close to true Spanish ciders.
Excellent.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett and lactic acid notes, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart apples with light Brett, acidity, chalky character, very nice and smooth. Bottle at Vermont Cheese Fest 2015.
