Bottle at home, 26/06/16. Ordered from Beerhawk. Citrus/fruit aroma, well rounded. Hazy gold, wth a really healthy off-white head. Not keen on the taste - far too bitter for this style of beer, finding it slightly unpleasant. Smooth body but again not a fan of the aftertaste. However once I’ve had about half the glass a sweet banana taste does fight through. A beer to take time over.

On tap at Eebria Taproom. Gold slight haze lasting white head. Banana esters definitely a hefe yeast. Good hops. Rather a pleasant beer. Reminds me of the schneider weisse brooklyn one. Perhaps more tropical fruit. Excellent and so drinkable. Some bitterness. Full in mouth.

Keg @ Piccadilly Tap, Manchester. Bright golden with a small head. Not entirely feeling like a weiss in style, but its banana fruits do give it a taste like one. Has a malty undercurrent.

Keg at BD Sheps, 21/03/16. Clear golden with a well appointed off White can that stays for the show. Nose is clove, banana, yeast esters, toffee apple, grain. Taste comprises banana loaf, clove, caramel, trace of white pepper, straw, light mineral whisper. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light bitter wash up. Solid for style.
