8 oz. sample at Tired Hands Fermentaria on 6/3/2016, plus took home a 32 oz. growler. Very hazy gold, thin head in the chalice. Aroma is mild oak, slight funk, straw and lemon rind
The flavor has a nice mild lingering throughout the sip. Mild hints of floral tones and a light tart finish. Nice floral/ lemon/ barnyard balance. Light ABV with a huge amount of flavor.
Vamos La Celeste! A tad sour. Nice

Very refreshing mix of brett, kettle sour, fruity character, bit wheaty. Delicious, very drinkable. Absolutely biere de garde character, though, not sure what that is about.

Draft at Churchkey. Really not much need to upload a pic, although I dud, because this looks like almost every other Tired Hands beer. Aroma of lemony raw bread dough. Taste has citrus, straw, subtle tannins. Low abv for the style, but tasty enough.
