Bottle/Fest. A- Brown sugar, malty. A- Dark brown color, clear liquid, beige head. T- Malty, cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Loads of malt otherwise pretty plain. Okay.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a reddish brown color with a medium sized foamy tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet, malty, bready and fruity. The flavor was sweet, tangy and malty with caramel and bit of tart fruit. Medium length finish. Medium body.

From my wife: purchases as G.G., which appears to be the name of this now... according to their website. Pours a reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, dark fruitinsss in small supply. Sweet. Low hoppiness. Nice flavors. Smooth and easy to drink. Did what it should do.

Clear dark amber color with a medium light beige head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of malt, caramel and chocolate. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, sweet caramel and chocolate. The finish is biscuity malt and caramel. Decent overall.

Keg at El Bait Shop. Clear dark red, thin foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of raisin, caramel. Taste is raisin, toasted malt, toffee. Medium bodied, well balanced.

Bottle at the DC RateBeer Tasting. Clear amber with beige head. Aromas of caramel, toffee, biscuit. Tastes of caramel, toffee, dark fruit, light biscuit. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

12oz bottle pours a clear copper amber with some frothy, white head. Nose has pitted fruit, bread, caramel. Flavor is sweet, caramel, raisin, bread. Slick finish. Standard.

Bottle pour at the May 1st DC Tasting. Poured a clear red-amber color with a small white head. Aroma was light sweet malts, grain. Light toasted lager, roasted, malty crisp, sweet finish.

From a bottle at the DC gathering May 1, 2016. Pours a clear mahogany with an off white head. Malty nose. Flavors of toasted grain. Decent. Nice for the style.
