Can, thanks to Steasy66. Pours clear ruby red with very small frothy pinkish head that disappears quickly, faint hibiscus aroma, high carbonation, mildly sour taste with hibiscus flavor, thin body, long mildly sour finish. Not very striking I'm afraid.

12 oz. can, pours a hazy pink with a small white head. Aroma is quite floral, with a fair amount of rosehips, not much else. Flavour is very bright, with lots of rosehips, subdued tart red fruits and a touch of lacto. Pretty simple, but it works. Solid.

12 oz can poured. Much thanks to Hoff for sending this over! A treat for sure. Pours a beautiful strawberry candy red with a fizz head that barely hangs on. Quite a tart mixed berry and soft funk aroma that is noticeable from quite a distance. Flavor is a good balance of tart berries, grains, and floral notes. A jammy tart to it. Not too sour. 5/10 sourness. I’d say this is a little more on the refreshing side. Slightly sweet, but not enough to bother. Strawberry, raspberry, jammy, and slight floral finish to this. Very easy drinking. A pleasant, truly unique sour here.

Can courtesy of cgarvieuk dregs run. Appearance - bright red pink like embarrassed cheeks. Nose - lightly floral. Red fruits. Taste - ah it’s a sour. Sweet! Or Sour really! Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - sour but could be more sour.

Can at Craig’s. Pours hazy red with no head. Aromas of red fruit, hibiscus. Light sour taste, more fruit. Chalky. Sour finish.

Tap. Pours clear reddish orange, small pinkish white head, decent lacing. Aroma is quite floral, dusty, grassy, black peppery. Flavors is light tart, floral, light bitterness. Light body. Interesting.

Sample at Gabf. Pours a hazy pink orange with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, floral, sour fruit. Thin body, fruity, yeast, light tartness, very good.

Pours a very large, off-white/pinkish head with a bright pink-golden body, good amount of haze. Head retention strong for a sour.
The nose is thankfully not sour, but rather full of earthy, lightly acidic hibiscus with a citrusy tinge and soft honey and biscuit character in the background, from the malt. Lightly sweaty, with hints of lactic character, it manages a good brightness. Not a saison, however, though I didn’t expect one.
In the mouth, the stuff is shockingly supple in texture, especially given its 2.5 month age. Would have expected it to be thin and over-fermented by now. Instead, chewy, lightly sweet malts mix with strong hibiscus flavors and citrusy acidity. Peppery, earthy, tart and yet with comforting textures to keep it soft and very drinkable. No alcohol or flaw.
