Sample at AK BW fest 2016. Clear golden yellow color. Aroma of dusty apple. Taste starts sweet, then lightly dusty fruit. OK.

On tap at Happy Gnome. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has dry apples with a bit of grassy hops and a touch of acid. Flavor has more sweet aple with a dryness in the finish and hints of acid and grass.

Bottle from Fred Meyer, Seattle
Pale yellow color, almost no head. Very nice aroma, Chardonnay and New World Gewurztraminer. Off dry mouthfeel, but smooth; light cider flavor, some white wine character, fruity, not bitter.
Excellent idea.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a tiny head. Nose brings out lots of dry hops upfront that are rather earthy and BO-like, with light apples in back. Flavour is quite pleasant, with a good balance of dry hops and medium sweet apples. The dry hopping is done well and tastes better than it smells. Good stuff.

Bottle. Pours with a clear, pale yellow hued body with minimal head. Aromas are of tropical hops, mineral, stone fruit, lychee, sauv blanc esq. Mildly sweet, white tea. Flavors are medium sweet, light sulfur, apple juice. Sweetness dulls the hop aromatics, still tropical and floral, but it would be so much better if it was drier/crisper. Medium body, off dry. Slightly St. Germain like (elderflower+citrus). Medium carbonation. Not bad, but could be better!

Bright bronze colour, fresh berryish hop aroma. The palate is less cohesive, with the hops and apple both clashing and being cohesive...not sure what to make of this.

Served in a wine glass.
The appearance was a clear golden yellow with a vast array of carbonation bubbles stuck along the sides of the glass. There’s no head nor is there any lacing.
The smell had alcohol and apples in a vinous sort of way.
The taste was basically the same leading into a dry vinous aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this sat exceptionally light and spry on the tongue popping all over my taste buds but not popping them. The carbonation finishes not as sharp as expected.
Overall, though I am still trying to figure out why hard ciders are on here, from what I’ve had this is quite possibly one of the better ones because of the way it felt on my tongue.

Bottle - Apples, some vegetative herbs and some sweetness. Clear gold with no head. Sweet apples, peach, some light tartness and a nice finish. Although nice, I don’t get the hops unless it is herbal notes in the nose.

Bomber, shared with brenn79 (thanks!) and anderson01. Pours clear pale golden with a ring of white foam. Aroma consists of apples, cat piss, sauvignon blanc, minerals. Taste is sweet briefly before becoming tart. Has a real white wine character. Carbonation is fairly soft, body is medium. Hops come through more in aroma than flavor. Just ok overall.
