US Pint, on-tap in the Beach Hut Deli, Mission Viejo on 28th January 2022. Pale golden body, no head. Apples with a sweetness and some woody like twig notes.

Bomber from the grocery store. Aroma is apples, beer breath, cinnamon. Vanilla comes out in both aroma and flavor after sitting for about ten minutes. Pours clear golden with no head. Taste is tart, finishing dry. Alcohol is hidden extremely well. Other than that weird bad breath aroma descriptor that vanished quickly, this isn’t bad at all.

Very pale yellow, has an apple juice character. Bland, candyish, artificial and I can’t taste alcohol which definitely is tells me it’s too sweet.

Bottle - Boozy apple and yeasty. Clear gold with micro bubbles. Sweet and very tart, effervescent and a bit of a harsh finish. Not great.

Pale yellow color. The cider qualities are not impressive, the aroma is too boozy, some fuel, the mouthfeel is semi-dry, moderate acidity. Chaotic.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium-dry sweetness, some apple skins and some lightly tart juiciness. Flavour is intense, with lightly tart green apples, low-medium sweetness and alcohol. Quite intense flavours - could use some refining, but it's quite nice for what it is.

Draft at AK BW fest 2016. Clear yellow color, still. Aroma of dusty apple skins. taste has tannins, apple flesh.

On tap at PreFunk. At first glimpse, an ordinary cider. Appearance and aroma tracking, but taste brings in the wood aging, with some nice drying (very dry) tartness at the finish. And then there’s the ABV....it will sneak up on you. Well done.

[2/21/15] Draught at Winter Brew Fest 2015 in San Diego. Clear golden. Sweetish aroma of apples. Great sourish green apples flavor with mild sweetness. Very nice.
