12 oz can at the Hilton pool in Phoenix, Arizona. The pour is a clear golden orange with a small frothy white head. Decent lace left behind. The aroma is tropical citrus hops, a touch of resin and an even fainter touch of cereal grain. The taste has the resin, which shows more pine upfront, then turns to the tropical fruit which has a bit of a weird artificial sweetness to it. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and the weird sweet and resin finish.

On tap at Taste of Tops. A bit hazy dark golden/yellow with a small white head. Quite mild with hops, grapefruit and some tropical fruit. The bitterness was quite mild.

Pour is a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma is a very slight melon and berry hop. Flavor is again a very slight melon hop with a touch of bitterness after the swallow. This was very light all around and not for me.

Can pour from Valley Beverage Company. Appearance is cloudy, light brown, milky look; fair sparkle, finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and fair leggy lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit/pineapple over malt backbone. Taste is tropical fruit, grape, followed by grapefruit bitter and cracker. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a decent mix of sweet and bitter but would have liked slightly more sweet in the equation.

Tasting at Matt's, can
Cloudy golden color with generous head. Mild hop resins and orange peel aroma. Off-dry, the flavor is cereally dominated, it's a bit resiny and pungent.
It seems quite old.

Can - Pithy grapefruit hops. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Lots of ripe fruity and citrus notes, but some pith and oxidization.
