Bottle. Pours yellow. Lemon, grapefruit, funk, slightly salty, bit of a brine thing, floral finish. Medium body. Surprisingly good for something with such a gimmicky concept.

Nice stuff. Saison graininess plus white wine barrel feel. Oaky, bit of fruitiness. Slightly sour.

Sample during the "New England Beer & Food Tasting" on 07/14/2018. Slightly hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of tart citrus, wheat and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart lemon, wheat, slightly funky yeast and doughy malt. The finish is salty lemon and wheat. Decent overall.

Pour shared by friend's at MCBT. Light straw gold with an acidic perhaps mildly briney flavor. Good stuff but I didn't really get much lobster out of it. 3.8

Tap @ MBCT Green Session. Pours light yellow, look is even a bit watery with some white foam on the top. Nose is soft and acidic, pretty sour actually. Tastes similar, lots of mineral character, sour and tart, light fruitiness somewhere as well. Quite tasty.

Bottle purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions, Kittery. Bottled in February 2018. Appearance is a near clear gold. Aroma shows me sea salt, brine, lemon acids. Flavor has a good amount of saltiness, cracker malts, ends really crisp in texture. Steady amount of tartness and salt. Effervescent.... I really like it. If the price point per bottle was better I would definitely buy more of this.

Sampled from bottle at Wine Warehouse. Pours pale golden, a bit hazy. Aroma is tart citrus, a bit of funk, slight sea water. Flavor is tart citrus, hay, a little funk, and some brackish water... trying to find the actual lobster and I suppose maybe I can taste it. Though, perhaps only because I know it's lobster. Interesting, for sure. Price point a bit high. Glad I was able to sample.

500 ml bottle poured into a tulip. Nice clear bright yellow with quick fading off-white head. Hazy once you get to the end of the bottle. Aromas of citrus, light funk, a little lobstery/briny aroma. Tastes of light tart acidic notes, funk, some citrus and stone fruit, light salt. Don't really get any lobster on the taste. Interesting, tasty tart saison.
