Lots of lime and not much else. Sour and just boring like seeing your ex's mother in law. Tap at Snally.

Draft pour at Snallygaster 2017. Poured a hazy yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was light butter notes, which might just be my mind thinking of lobster. Light salty notes. This was pretty decent.

Poured from an April 2016 500 ml bottle. Aroma smells similar to a standard gose. Some coriander and floral esters with some light acidity and citrus notes. Light sea notes. Pours a somewhat hazy, dull, yellow straw color with a medium large, medium thick, white head that recedes very quickly to the edges where it lingers for just a bit before disappearing. No lacing or legs. Flavor has a moderate sweetness with a balanced, medium acidity. Some light grain notes with medium light citrusy, lemon notes. Light floral and coriander notes. Medium light salt notes with some light shellfish notes I guess. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer but I’m not sure the lobster really adds anything. Its hard to tell if I even pick any of it up in the aroma and flavor or if its just the sea salt. Nice phenolic and ester notes though. A well balanced gose even if they do call it a saison.

From a bottle at the bottling place: pours light haze with a white head. Aroma is brine, funk. Taste is briny and sour but not too sour. Is there lobster? Maybe. Is there salt? Yes. Refreshing and light. Good.

500 ml bottle from the Portland location. Murky yellow beer with a white head that dissipates quickly down to nothing and leaves zero lacing. Salinity, funk, and spice. Yeast and earth. I'm not going to pretend like I would have guessed there was lobster in here if the bottle didn't tell me, but it totally makes sense once you try it. Lively feel, finishes a little dry. Not sure I want dip it in butter sauce and easy it on the beach, but I enjoyed it. Gotta give them credit for representing their state.

Bottle. Hotel tasting in Anchorage. My first aragosta beer. Cloudy yellow color, few bubbles. Aroma of medicinal straw. Taste is medicinal tart lemon. La mia preferita birra dell’aragosta del tutto il giorno. Ma anche la mia ultima.

Bottle: Poured a clear golden with a white head. Aroma was a weird fruity yeast. Taste was salty spoiled fish meat, not right flavor at all.

Bottle @ Steve_0’s HF party. Thanks lukaduke! Pours a hazy light yellow appearance with a white head. Sure, there’s a fishy smell in the nose. Some salty, funky, lemon aromas as well. Twangy lemon, vanilla, funky earthy flavor. Kind of salty. Fishy. OK.
