On tap at Van Moll Fest. Pours a very dark brown with moderate head. Aromas of brandy, dark fruit and bready malts. Flavors follow same with more raisins, a touch of peat initially and quite a bit oak. Still quite good.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 13/12/2025.
Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a beige head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is stewed fruits, prunes, vinous, herb, caramel, brandy stained oak.
Taste comprises dates, figs, raisins, brandy spike, oak, toffee.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light nip of alcohol.
Tidy sipper if a little thin as Kenneth alludes to.

A mild haze on this deep amber brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Airy palate, smooth and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Surprisingly thin bodied malts, a little ripe unsweet caramel. Ripe wet wood and mild esters. Back end is good fruity brandy. Some juicy plummy fruits and ripe pruney fruits, all with that brandy richness. Light and semi dry finish. A very tasty and quaffable brew if thinner bodied than I would like.
