Pours clear, medium dark blonde. Scent is quite 'heavy', malty, bready. Crisp and clean. taste is sharp, refreshing, midlly bitter, fairly sweet. Malty. Decent!

Sampled at Billies day 1. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, softly grainy, hay, straw, quite bland. Don't get much. 6-6-6-6-6

Draught Sports short lived, lacey head over clear copper beer. Fruity nose, then malts, partly torrified/toasted. Toasted malts, bit sweet, some noble hops all the same. Medium bodied, slick, oily feel. Fruity onset strange for a German lager, rest pretty logical.

Clear dark blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, cow fodder, slightly grassy hops. Aftertaste: more grains, hay, malty, pretty boring.

On tap at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A bit on the sweet side perhaps, still sort of crisp, but it's a really fine classic lager. Nice maltyness, pleasant piney, peppery, fruity hops. 746413 251107
