Can. Grapefruit, pine cones and some resin. Very gentle maltyness. Flowery, perfumed. Quite bitter. Overall, a bit unbalanced, but with classice Salikatt hoppy beer quality. 646414 251221

Can, #887, six weeks after canning. Pours slightly hazy golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is piney hops with citrusy notes of orange and stone fruits, as well as malts with cereals, hay and honey. Medium to full body, with fairly soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, orange peel and stone fruits, as well as malts with cereals and honey. Lingering hoppy finish.

Relativt pålitelige notater fra godt besøkt føradventsmøte i Jæren Fråholdslag. Vi er nå på punktet "månedens nye Salikatter": lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer lenge. En lekker, tørr West Coast IPA med barskog, urter og citrus i en deilig maltkropp.
