Gul tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter stenfrukt, ananas og noe sitrus. Fruktig, lett bitter. Smaker lys stenfrukt, ananas og sitrus. Kort.

Can, #891, six weeks after canning. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is grassy hops with tropical notes of passion fruits, mango, kiwis and citrusy notes of tangerines and lime, as well as malts with cereals and wheaty minerals. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dank hops with tropical notes of lime, litchi, gooseberries and ripe stone fruits, as well as wheaty minerals.

Relativt pålitelige notater fra godt besøkt føradventsmøte i Jæren Fråholdslag. Vi er nå på punktet "månedens nye Salikatter": uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer lenge. Honnning, papaya, citrus og gule steinfrukter. Deilig maltkropp i velkjent Salikattt-stil. Men det er etter hvert blitt mye ved Salikatt som er forutsigbart, så jeg er redd for å miste interessen.
