Can. A light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head, doesn't last long. Light smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Soft smooth pale malts, a nice smooth creamy sweetness. Good Strata hops, juicy passion fruit, slightly crystallised fruits in character. Soft resinous pine. Very mild skunk A fair nip of hop spice on the back end. Perhaps a tad sweet overall but, this is another excellent Strata based dipa/tipa.

500ml can. Hazy golden orange with a big white head. Aroma is like a bag of sweets, Haribo and Jelly Babies etc., sweet artificial fruity stuff, bubblegum, candied fruits. Taste is a bit more beer like, but overly sweet, candied fruits, orange and peach. Full bodied. I don't know, if they dialled back the extreme sweetness this might be decent, but otherwise it's an unusually mediocre and disappointing beer from Deya. You can't tell it's Steady Rolling Strata at all.

Tap at Three Hounds Beer Bar, Beckenham 28/11/2025 Red grapefruit and pineapple, lemon, icing sugar, medium body, sweet malty backbone, assertive hoppy close. Very nice.

Can from The Fuss Club. Aromas of mango, peach, pineapple, papaya, light earthy undertones. Sweet juicy fruity flavours, lots if tropical fruits, peach, nectarine, pineapple. Thick juicy sweet with a light hoppy backnote.

500ml can. Pours hazy orange gold with a medium head. Aroma is tinned pineapple, papaya and a little bubblegum. Taste is sweet with tinned pineapple and papaya. Sticky. Hides the booze.
