Aged for six months in ex-bourbon barrels most recently used for maple syrup, then blended and aged in glass to develop a gentle complexity. Aromas of maple syrup, Demerara sugar, bourbon and tobacco, with a delightfully smooth palate that tastes of chocolate, roasted coffee, oaky vanillins and maple syrup.

650 ml bottle. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of sweet bourbon, caramel, graham cracker, vanilla, a bit if maple syrup, a bit of dark fruity and slick roasted malts. Flavors of dusty dry maple syrup, vanilla, black coffee, oaky bourbon and roasted malts. Dry finish
