Black Cardamom Infused Lambic is a refined Lambic, enriched with black cardamom. This spice, which is widely used in Indian and Pakistani cuisine, imparts smoky and spicy aromas, with notes of camphor, pepper, nutmeg and a hint of eucalyptus. The taste is intense and complex, with a warm spiciness that lends beautifully with the soft acidity of the Lambic.

Sampled at Billies, day 2. Clear very pale golden color, no head. Aroma is extremely weird, petrol-ish. Flavor is similar, spices, petrol. Yuk. Disgusting. 7-2,5-2-5-2

Pigs Ear 2025. Bag in a box. Novel. Some lime peel, herbal notes. Relatively low acidity. Tangy citrus. Pale wood accents. Low funk. Interesting and drinkable.

Tap at Billies. Almost clear golden, no head. Perfumy, a lot of cardamon, funk, oak, light sweet malts. Medium sweet, less bitter and sour. Soapy and perfumy, but not too bad.
