This beer is a showcase of delicious malts. A rich mahogany colour with a smooth, malt-forward character. Layers of toasted biscuit, caramel, and gentle chocolate sweetness lead the way, balanced by a soft, rounded mouthfeel from the oats and flaked barley. Subtle dark fruit notes to finish, with Bramling Cross hops adding a delicate earthy, blackberry-like character to keep the finish clean and moreish.

1/2 pint draft @ Orbit taproom - Sunday roast.
Léger cuivre, col fin beige.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité secs - malt biscuité, crystal, caramel - rétro-nasal pousse vers les fruits noirs.
Palais sur un plaisant caractère grillé, qcq notes de caramel - toffee, malt crystal avec retrait biscuité tirant vers le speculoos et fruits secs.
Amertume en support - terreuse/herbacée qui arrive sur la fin. Finement collant aux lèvres.
