The pleasure of having Owner/Brewer, SAM over for MASH, we wanted to celebrate that and give him Carte Blanche and let him choose, Brujos go crazy for the hazy IPA's, but being based in Portland over on the West coast of the USA, we were buzzing when he wanted to do a WESTY.. We paired a mix of our malt bases, German Pilsner malt with a touch of malted wheat, took the water profile from Portland and paired that with a classic Simcoe & Mosaic hopping.. We changed up our usual water profile to achieve a more snappy West coast, good balance between maltiness & bitterness. Beautiful Citrus, Piney west coast, crisp as, malty backbone, crystal straw yellow appearence.

440ml can. Slightly hazed golden with a big white head. Aroma of resin, marmalade, orange and grapefruit. Taste is the same, resinous, sweet malts, marmalade, orange, grapefruit, bitter finish with some dank weedy notes. Medium bodied.

44cl can, canned 28/10/2025, BB 28/10/2026. Batch# 099/25.
Dorée claire, col crémeux blanc bien tenace;
