Pours clear, pale blonde. Scent is full, expressive lager yeast. Taste is full, very outspoken , lovely intensity on malts and yeast. Yet very balanced. impressive !

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, very rural, barn yard. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little sweet, clean bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, hoppy, grassy, bitter finish, decent lager!

On tap, at Billie's Craft Beer Festival. A nice, pretty standard pale lager, well brewed, with a nice fruityness in the aroma. Perhaps a bit green in the flavor, like with DMS, or just a too fresh beer. Like it though. 646414 251107
