2018 aged bottle from the cidery. Only 6%. Mojito glass @home. Published notes say this was done as a partial petnat, when it normally isn't. Can't find my personal notes on fresh tasting. Clear, bright, MGD gold, sizzle. Smells of enriched dough, stone, straw, old pears. Very dry & bite-y upfront, English & leathery middle, fruity sweated/browned apple sweetness, tart & minerally finish that parches some. Thin carbonation, very thin body. A very fruity bittersweet that leans dry. Even though I have no physical notes, I do remember this being sweeter fresh & not up my alley at the time. 2018, Excellent.

750ml wired cork bottle from Scrattings. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple core, flowery, vanilla. Taste is juicy, ripe apple, some tartness, cooked apple, caramel, notes of meadow, herbal, with citric acidity and some tangy tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fleshy tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some spitty, white head. Nose has apple, pear, light candy, lemon. Flavor has apple, white grape, pear, mild paper. Dry finish.

Ok balance. Some peel. And some crab apple. Pours golden without much head or lacing. Tangy finish. Bottle shared at tasting.

From a 75 cl bottle shared at the 2016 Nuplastik is back tasting. Pours a clear pale gold with a scant off white head. Aroma of ripe golden transparent apples on the vine. Surprising carbonation, champagne like.

Bottle. Crystal clear golden yellow color, champagne bubbles. Nice fruity, dusty apple skin apples. Taste is lightly tart, dry, fruity. delicious.
