Draught at Worthy Kitchen, 5/21/16.
Strong clarity throughout the quite light brass body. Good carbonation creates a small, white head with lasting power.
Strong esters in the nose show elegant nectarine, very light peach and little/no banana. White and black pepper phenols are very moderate and tons of malt comes through. Biscuit, cracker, and brown bread with apple and strawberry-like esters emerging on the end. Nice leathery, musty cellar notes and no sign of the hops at this point. No alcohol or flaw.
Mostly engaging carbonation creates a pretty good impression of a Belgian bottle conditioning, about as good as it gets on draught. Light bread and bits and pieces of honey and dry caramel sweetness dot the palate, as big fruity esters sit on the finish, with more honey and leathery cellar notes. Has aged very gracefully. With the hops no longer apparent and the yeast really taking over, the obvious strong execution that this has been brewed with is exposed. Nice to see a Belgian Tripel without any adjuncts/American hops, etc....

Draft at Worthy Kitchen for $8.00. Hazy good laden color, lacing of head down the snifter. Aroma is rock candy, Belgian yeast, apricots, indescribable fruits.
Flavor is a exactly as the style and aroma leads me to believe. Belgian yeast is the main character. Not overly sugary. Nice.

Draft @ worthy. Reddish brown. 1 finger tan. Smells very nice. Slightly tart and fruity with orange peel. Really nice. Candied sugar, clean yeast profile. Lots of malt ones but that faded to a juicy and sweet triple flavor. Nice.

Bottle. Clear golden amber color, medium white head. Aroma of lightly spiced stone fruit. Taste is slightly bready clove and summer fruit, dry finish. Tasty.

750 c&c from Wine and Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of citrus and maybe yeast. Med + body with foamy/frothy carbonation. Flavor is earthy, yeast/spice, light, light clove, hints of banana. Hoppy tripel it is. Quite pleasant, very tasty, and way, way too easy to gulp down. Another homerun for the Cooperstown team.

Draft at Snallygaster 2015. Poured a clear golden color with a slight haze. Aroma was light citrus notes, some citrus and a touch of spicy notes that made this one pretty tasty, alcohol is pretty well managed in this one as well.

On tap @WOB. Pours an orange/straw color. Big white head diminishes, but lasts. Modest floral hop funk. Slightly sweet...bubblegum? esters, with a crisp hop profile and a bit of spice. Nice.
