6.3% New England IPA - Our colleague and top chef Gillian spent several months travelling through various Asian countries but assured us that he did not visit one particular ‘attraction’. We certainly believe him. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE PING SHOW is a genuine New England IPA packed with BRU-1, Sabro and Citra hops. This combination of power hops creates aromas of pineapple, coconut and citrus! A fantastic beer that pairs wonderfully with Asian cuisine... and surely that one ‘attraction’ too

Pours unclear blonde. Medium sized, stable but not super moussy white head. Scent is full, citric, dank. pronounced hops, mild on yeast, hidden on malts. Taste is full, slightly bitter. Very 'chewy' creamyness, not very smooth. Hops are very dank, citrussy only in second place. Bit rough around the edges, on what should be very smooth, or a lot more 'clean' if the OG style of Neipa was intended. Medium body, medium to medium high carbo. Not at all a bad beer, but sub average for brewery and beerstyle.
