Dolcita, Nectaron, Rakau

We teamed up with our good friends at Left Handed Giant to make this tropical delight of a hazy IPA. Brewed with copious amounts of Wheat and Oats for a fluffy mouthfeel, we filled it to the brim with Dolcita, Nectaron and Rakau.

We're getting lime, grapefruit, coconut and pineapple for Pina Colada vibes

440ml can. Murky golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of pineapple, coconut, grapefruit, peach. Taste is juicy, tropical, peach and pineapple, creamy coconut, zesty lemon and lime. Medium bodied. On the sweeter side at first but hoppy bitterness keeps it in check. Banger.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this slightly yellowish gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine carbonation. Light bodied pale malts, a fairly forward creamy sweetness or, at least it seems like it when Dolcita hops are at play. Cooling pine, some persistent hop spice nibble and lots of Dolcita coconut and mild pineapple. Mild stone fruits on the back end. Rakau I cannot detect. Light crisp semi dry finish leaves a long hop spice linger. Light bright IPA.
