Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Very hazy gold beer. tidy white head. Palate is light, mildly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Light sweetish malts. Sweetish floralness. Candy fruits. A little sherbet. Some bitterness coming through on the light dry finish. Interesting brew.

9th July 2016: on-tap in the Mikkeller bar Barcelona, with the RBESG guys. light haze to the golden pour, on top a white head. The nose was yeasty and bready with a citrus hint or two. Taste has a spicy twist within the light malts and subtle citrus fruit flavours: like my Saisons a little more ’farmyard’ in nature.

Tap at the brewpub. Poured a murky straw colour with a round bubbly white head. The aroma is yeast, pear, mineral. The flavour is light acid citrus mineral with a grainy aspirin yeast light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, yeast, hint of banana and citrus. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long yeasty, banana and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, light to moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty, light fruity - spicy yeast.
