375ml bottle at ORB Belgium Beer Festival 2018. Hazy golden colour, white foam head leaving lacing and fruity banana & yeasty aroma. Taste is grainy, fruity and yeasty with clove notes and spicy citric earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy hop bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

750mL bottle drunk 11/12/17.
Typical pillowy-white, well-retained head via mountains of carbonation, topping a brass-golden, well-carbonated, clear body, sediment left behind.
First few sniffs are pleasingly floral, with spicy herbs as well and strong honey-drenched pils malt to back. Zesty and a touch earthy, it, much to my dismay, grows tacky and quite bitter/slightly resinous with more warming, while the malts continue to surge forth and I daresay it almost comes of saccharine-like.
The flavor never even has a brief period of enjoyment, as there is cotton candy, lemon detergent (light) and white table sugar galore. Messy esters, messy malts and vaguely bitter hops in the background that even the brisk carbonation can't dispel. Completely falls apart with warming/breathing, not that there was much to begin with. What the fuck, Dupont....Why can they not seem to string together two good years. It's always a rotation of good and bad....

Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - cloudy yellow golden with a big fluffy head. A bit lively alright. Nose - funky farmyard, then green stalks with dried lemon. Light spice. Taste - dried lemon and white pepper. Long lean citrus finish. Palate - close to medium bodied, long lean and tight through middle and finish. Overall - lovely beer.

Bottle at home. Clear golden with quite big off white head. Quite some typical spicy Dupont yeast op front, sweet malts, light caramel, tangerine, kumquat, bready, light flowery, some tart citrus, mineral. Medium sweet and bitter and light sour. Medium bodied with not as much carbonation as I’d expected after such a wild pour. There’s a little weirdness in the dry and tart finish. It’s pretty good but not their best saison.

750 ml bottle from Hoboken Vine. Hazy yellowish pour with a large, thick, foamy white head. Lots and lots of spice / pepper, grass and greenery, earthy notes, and yeast. Drinks fairly dry and a little fizzy. Crisp. Really strong overall flavor mix. Could maybe use something to balance the spice a little more, but that's a very minor critique. This is a really tasty beer.
