500 ml bottle that I over paid for at One Stop Market, Haverhill, MA. Bottled 7-25-2015, pre Buyout and really has sat long enough. Reddish / brown appearance, no head. Aroma is old cherry skin, funky yeast, old wood. Flavor is cherry pie filling that sat open in a musty basement. Tartness has turned into a strong sourness. I probably should've not held this and opened it sooner but this bottle got lost in the shuffle.

Bottle. Pours clear reddish hazel, medium off-white head that dissipates but leaves nice residual and lacing. Aroma is huge dry Brett, dusty, earthy, hints of cherry, mustiness. Flavor is dry, quite funky with loads of brett. Hints of cherry but very much an accent. Slight residual bitterness. Medium body, fairly high carbonation.

Bottle from the Christmas party, thanks Mike C for the hookup! Aroma and flavor of Tart cherries, mild funk, and earth. Light sweet malt still viable. Not too shabby!

Draft at the Funkatorium. Poured a dark ruby color with a small white head. Aroma was tart cherries, some light sour notes. Light funky notes, but not too wild. Pretty tasty. IPA notes almost totally gone.
