Frambozschella is the result of the blend of different beers fermented with lactic bacteria and yeasts. It is enriched with beer aged in barrels in the presence of Brettanomyces, a wild yeast that gives a touch of rusticity. The blend is then left to macerate on raspberries for a certain period of time.

Borefts Beer Festival 2014. Hazy copper with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with plenty of raspberry. Tart flavour with lots of fresh raspberry.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Hazy pink, zero head. Tart raspberry, brett sour fruit nose. Nicely tart raspberry juice, seriously sour, fruity, lots of fruit, low carbonation, juice-like. Very easy to drink. Simple but very easy to drink & very delicious. Very lovely.

At BBF 2014 . Pours fuzzy orange / pink . No head . Smell is fruity , funk , Slight sparkle on the tongue . Taste is amazing , natural raspberry . Slight sour note , very intense and balanced . Very much my taste !

Sampled @ Borefts 2014. Appearance is tomato juice with no head. Ok a little lighter than tomato juice but still. Smell and taste are moderate to heavy sour, sour fruits with a slight fruit peel bitter finish. Average to medium body and carbonation.

On tap at Paradiso P Street, pours a hazy purple with a spitty ring of head. Nose has some vinegar, cherry, mild fruit, juicy, apples too, mild medicine. Flavor is cherry, berries, candy, malt, medicine, mild honey. Tart and sweet finish.

Very well done raspberry beer. Ruby pour without much head or lacing. Light sour finish and definitely tastes just like the berry with some malt. Light tart/sour finish. Tap at Max’s.

Draft pour at bambinos Italian craft beer fest. Sour mixed berry fruit aroma. Blackberry and raspberry dominant flavor, with a little cherry. Amazing fruit flavor with the perfect sour balance. Amazing beer.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is citric, solid raspberry and dry. Sharp, acetone like, fruity and almost lingering vinegar finish. Dry and citric far finish. Shivering sour finish.
