A pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass.
The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops. A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The taste is very full-bodied and is balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well.

Special beer brewed once a year to mark International Women's Day.

750 mL bottle with a 2015 label. Pours a clear bright golden with a large fizzy head. Light green apple aroma with slight spice, cotton candy yeastiness. A very nice yeasty clove and lightly fruity (pear, apple) flavor with a touch of savory cracker. Pretty good stuff.

750ml bottle. I brought this over and shared it with my parents. This pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was some light lemon peel, light grassy notes, floral hops and a touch of spices. Flavor was straw, some lemon. Strong yeast. Okay, but we all agreed that the standard Delirium and even the Nocturnum are better.

750 c&c from Corti Brothers. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is yeasty, herbal, unusual fruit. Sort of fruits de bois. Maybe even bubblegum It is a very pleasing, yet unusual, aroma. Med body. Flavor is so perfumed that it made me think of bubble bath powders of my childhood. There’s a lot of fruit and floral. It’s rather undry. Brewed by women. Not necessarily for women. I think I need something a bit salty, a bit meaty, a bit bready to go with this. It was quite a shock to me at first, but it’s "growing" on me. I’m sure it took a great deal of skill to produce these strong and uncommon to ale flavors. Take this to Oostende and drink it with multifarious seafood treats. Ware the gulls!

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 10/10/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear bright golden yellow color with a 2-3 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of big lemon, lime, apricot, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright fruity/spicy yeast, earthy hops, and light pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, lime, apricot, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Good amount of peppery yeast spiciness and herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, apricot, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and balance of bright fruity/spicy yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a crisp malt/yeast/hop balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. High carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly prickly/bready mouthfeel that is great. A good amount of dryness on the finish as well. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian strong pale ale. All around great complexity and balance of bright fruity/spicy yeast and light-moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellowish gold with a frothy white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a lot of Belgian yeast with notes of light fruit, flora and sweet grains. Flavor is also Belgian yeast forward with a good amount of light fruit and banana notes with a hint of sweet grain underlying.
