Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Clear orangey amber gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of orangey citrus, wood, pine, hops. Taste is malty, caramel, mellow citrusy, orange, grapefruit, pine, woody, resin, with earthy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying resiny hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Keg at Liquid Dreams 26. Hazy-opaque gold. Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma has stone fruit woth light herbs, lighter vinous element and underlying malts. Flavourwise it has a medium bitterness woth a spur edge. Stone fruit. Hops. Vinous notes and a sprinkle of herbs and spices. Underlying vanilla porridge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Dece but somehow antad flat of an experience.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, a mild grain and a mild creamy sweetness. Hops bring cooling pine, a mild skunk, bright but fairly ripe citrus, touch of stone fruits. Light semi dry finish leaves a modest bitter linger. It's fine but for me, too close to style. I like West Coast DIPAs that being something different.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 29/11/2025.
Golden blonde topped with a white crown.
Nose is bitter orange, citric tinged straw, papaya, mandarin, grass.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine needle, mandarin, ripe melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with modest juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA with a good WC vibe ... although another US brewed beer with NZ hops where they seem scared to use them (or pay for them)?

473ml can. Clear golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit, pine, a little vinous. Taste is very citrusy, plenty of orange, grapefruit, a dash of lime, citrus peel, white wine and dank herbs, decent piney resinous bitterness lingering in the finish. Medium bodied. No sign of the 9% ABV at all really. Great collab.
