16 oz. can purchased at Total Wine & More, Phoenix Arizona. The flavor is pretty rich with some some chocolate and mild vanilla notes. Sweet but not that sugary sweet. Roasted malt is minimal here. The body is ok considering the ABV and malt base. Decent.

This beer pours black with some brown around the edges, and a medium tan head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Roast malt, vanilla and chocolate aroma. Medium body with flavors of roasted malt, vanilla, coffee and chocolate. The finish is sweet with a vanilla mocha aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at Borderlands, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out notes of vanilla, light cinnamon, and lactose. Flavour is very bizarre, with notes of cinnamon and vanilla upfront, with a dirty earthy character that clouds everything up. Needs some tweaking, as this doesn't taste optimal.

16oz can pours a murky black with a ring of white head. Nose has malt, a little berry/raisin, dusty, vanilla. Flavor is better, malt, molasses, vanilla, a little pepper, earthy. Dry finish. Weird.

Can. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong vanilla and chocolate. Thin mouthfeel with rich chocolate, sweet vanilla, good.
