Bottle from Toby, thank you. Hazy golden pour with a smallish white head. Fantastic aroma of citrus, lemon, oak, and farmhouse funk. Sour and tart, fruity with citrus and tropical fruits. Light oak barrel notes play well with the citrus zest and sour kick.

Bottle from PhillyCraft. Thanks Vin! It pours a light orange color, hazy with a very fizzy head that disappears completely within a few seconds. The aroma is nice with lots of grapefruit tang, orange, tangerines, mild funk and hints of spicy barrel in the background. The flavor is soft and funky with big orange and grapefruit fruitiness. Spicy yeast in the finish with noticeable wood and funk. Tart, but not too sour. The mouthfeel is light, but certainly substantial enough to be supportive. Perfect carbonation despite the zero head retention. Overall, a fruity, tart, funky, spicy, barreled Saison with an emphasis on the orangy hops. Another good one.

Bottle shared in NYC. Pours hazy gold with a light foamy white head. Lovely aroma, nice peach, lemon, mellow funk. Light-medium sweet flavor with more tart citrus, grapefruit, melon, a little grass. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, funky, tart, lightly acidic. More melon, peach, lemon, grapefruit. Excellent.
