Keg at Euston tap. Gazed dark orange amber coloured pour with a small halo of white head. Aroma is funky pineapple, taer citrus funk, brown bread. Flavour is crisp grains, hints of brown bread, Brett funk, pineapple jam, light strawberry, mineral. Palate is thin, refreshing, some carbonic acid, super dry finish. Lingering funk, crisp, jammy fruits, pineapple. Just a whiff of vinegar. Pretty good.

Keg at BD Soho. It pours hazy orange - amber with a decent off-white head. The nose is spicy, rye bread, stewed orange, Irn Bru, brett, sweet melon and dried apricot. The taste is bitter, spicy, funky brett, white grape, melon, farmyard, stewed orange, toasted grass and some alcohol warmth with a dry, spiced finish. Medium body and high carbonation. All comes together pretty well. Nice.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Definite dose of brett in the nose, some white grape, pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavor with mellow bitter lemon rind, subtle brett funk, tangerine, orange peel, wood, light grass. Medium bodiednwith fine carbonation. Finishes with more citrus notes, woody dryness, mild, perhaps young brett funk. Tasty stuff.
