This return leg of our collaboration story, where the first was over Queretaro last year - Owen was fortunate enough to be visiting the area and was treated to the 5 star Hercules experience, whilst being able to produce Gerentes Del Ritmo, a banging Belgian Pale ale. They have an outstanding presence in Mexico and the USA. To celebrate having them over for MASH for the first time, we wanted to repay the favour, this time going down the IPA road.. This juicy fruit bomb the whole citrus family came to the party, with plenty of orange coming from the the Citra and Eclipse, backed with tropical notes from the El Dorado.. Dangerously crushable, the 6% range is the new session - in my eyes anyway.
